A little over a month ago, M&I Systems, Co. Group got a new member, Robotiq.ai. Because of this, M&I Systems, Co. Group now consists of seven companies: M&I Systems, Co. Serbia, M&I Systems, Co. Austria, M&I Systems, Co. BiH, TIAC, Procesna Inteligencija, DocDep and Robotiq.ai.

Robotiq.ai is a startup whose main business activity is business process automation using software robots (Robotic Process Automation – RPA). The company’s main goal is to introduce the world to a new software robot design platform, which brings a series of innovations and uses the latest technologies such as deep learning, chat bots and many others. In addition, the company also offers implementation services on already existing RPA platforms, working in partnership with two vendors, Softomotive and UI Path. Because of technological development, and especially automation, the term robot, with a slightly altered meaning, is entering everyday vocabulary. The use of robot applications in various aspects of business will be significantly increased in the years to come, both because of the appeal of the solution and its necessity due to challenges arising from digitalization. Expanding the Group with Robotiq.ai brought new opportunities for growth, new experiences and new challenges. As a result, new opportunities for the improvement of business and all the employees have presented themselves, additionally strengthening the Group’s position as a digital transformation partner.
