Business process analysis with the client and providing solutions through the existing ERP system
System implementation for new clients
Creating functional specifications
Testing development and standard solutions
Training of key and end users
Customer support during operation
Monitoring and managing client relationships
Monitoring modifications of legal regulations and trends, as well as implementing them within the existing ERP system
Have knowledge of at least one of the following business processes and documentation:
Retail
Wholesale
Accounting and finances, payroll, and HR
Production
Purchasing and inventory management
Having work experience in one of the abovementioned business processes over a period of 1 to 3 years is preferred
Have the ability to analyze business requirements and design solution proposals
Can work in a team, have the ability to meet deadlines, are communicative
Have knowledge of the English language
Knowledge of relation databases and SQL is an advantage
Have a B category driver’s license

What will you be doing?

You are the perfect candidate if you:
